Simon is the founding member of the Snakes, lead singer, guitarist and main
songwriter.
Simon's early bands include Bazooka Joe, Band of Gypsies & Cellophane Aeroplane.
In the
studio Simon also plays piano,
percussion and anything else he can lay
his hands on.Most recently Simon produced the album Magnificent Bastard by Tommy Hale, as well as touring as part of Tommy's UK band. Simon also worked on a recent 7" single by Darrel Bath.
He is currently working on an album with Johnny O, as well as playing live as part of Hot Snakes Time Machine (with Johnny O & Dan Tilbury).
In July 2019 he took The Snakes back to the stage, playing a blinder at The Borderline!
